We have a priority ticket for support. This is only for visps not end users.
A ticket can be raised by our web interface.
To raise a ticket through the web interface go to: http://ispsupport.iseu.co.uk/ Call 08700 053 147 and select the support option. The phone operator can then raise a support ticket for you. This goes directly into the support system. Please note that the support team will not call you back, but the support issue will be answered via our ticket system.
Alternatively, click support in your admin panel.
The support team do not have the facility to call you back. This is so that we have a written record of all queries; which is helpful to both you and us, and also we can then give priority to support tickets.
We also have several knowledge base articles that can help you and answer most of the common questions we get. You will see the knowledge base articles from our web interface.
There is also a help section in your admin panel that gives help specifically for your admin panel.
