How do I upgrade or regrade a broadband account?

In your admin panel click Users then find the user in the list, then click sign up. All the products are presented. Choose Broadband.

Put in the telephone number. The BT checker will do a check on the number and reconize that it already has broadband enabled on the line. You will then be asked if you wish to place a migration order or a regrade. Therefore put a tick in the box marked regrade. You will the see the products that the user can have. Choose the product and click subscribe. Fill in the user details. Click ok, you are then taken to the payment pages.

Click VDC if you are invoicing the client and are paying for the account yourself (only available once we have your direct debit form) . Otherwise you will be taken to the Protx payment gateway where the card details will be entered.
