Follow these steps:
- Open Microsoft Outlook 2007
- Press Alt+F11 (this will open the VB Editor)
- Press Ctrl+G (this will open the Immediate window)
- Paste or type the following code (see below), then press the Enter key on your keyboard
- Close the VB Editor to return to Outlook
This will add a link in your Outlook "shortcuts" to directly view your tickets 'live' in real-time.
