We have currently three forms of payment. These are card payments (Protx), DD (Direct Debit) and VDC (Virtual debit card).
Card Payments
Payments are taken directly from the end users card details that they use to signup with. We use a payment gateway called Protx. We do not store the card details and the cards are transacted by the bank on their servers.
When paying by card an invoice is generated in the ebilling section for your end user to print out.
DD (Direct Debit)
Payments are taken directly from the end users bank account details that they use to signup with. We use a payment gateway called Eazipay. Eazipay transact the money directly from the end users bank account on our behalf.
When paying by DD an invoice is generated in the ebilling section for your end user to print out.
Only one DD form is needed per end user regardless of the amount of services they have.
VDC Payments
This is where you chose to pay for services on your end users behalf. This involves you setting up a direct debit instruction. The money is then used to pay for the services ordered.
An invoice is not generated in the panel for the end user as you are paying for the services at wholesale rates. An invoice will be raised however for your VDC deposit.
For details of how the VDC works please see the knowledge base articles.
