We have received notification from BT Openreach that they have declared what they refer to as an MBORC (Matter Beyond Our Reasonable Control) in certain areas of the country. Broadband Connectivity Problems - Update

Please be aware that services are reconnecting however some end points have been assigned IP addresses outside the normal range which will impact data connectivity. If your end user/site modem router is suggesting an ongoing PPP session but there is no data transfer, please reboot the router once.
