then&lt;strong&gt; Sign up&lt;/strong&gt;. All the products are presented. Choose &lt;strong&gt;Broadband&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;Put in the telephone number. The BT checker will
do a check on the number &lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;and reconize that it already has broadband
enabled on the line&lt;/span&gt;. You will then be asked if you wish to place a
migration order or a regrade. Therefore choose &lt;strong&gt;migration&lt;/strong&gt;. You will need
to put in the current ISP, speed of line (if known) and the Migration
(MAC) code. You will then see the
products that the user can have.) &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;Choose the product you wish.  &lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;Click &lt;strong&gt;Subscribe&lt;/strong&gt;. Fill in the user

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;Click VDC if you are invoicing the client and are
paying for the account yourself (only available once we have your direct
debit form) . Otherwise you will be taken to the Protx payment gateway

&lt;p&gt;If a user already has a service on this system you may wish to associate other services with the same user.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span lang="en-gb"&gt;In your admin panel click &lt;strong&gt;Users&lt;/strong&gt; then&lt;strong&gt;
List&lt;/strong&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;You will then see a list of existing users on the system. You can use the drop down search menus to find the user.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you have found the user click the &lt;strong&gt;sign up&lt;/strong&gt; link in blue.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be presented with a list of product catagories. You then click the arrow for the required catagory.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you want to pay by VDC, then place a tick in the VDC box at the
top of the page, at the end of the signup process you will be then
asked to put in your VDC pin.(We would need to have a direct debit for
VDC setup to use VDC).&lt;/p&gt;
